The next morning, i woke up and went outside the tent. The weather was perfect! i asked abdulla where my aunts and parents were, he said they went home. so i went back into the tent to wake up jazi.

Me: "jazi, Jazi, JAZI!"

Jazi: "allah yihdeech shtabeen?!"

Me: "ta3ali ma3ay 5alna ni6la3 indoor bil buggies!"

Jazi: "uff ya allah! 8a9ambilla inich sindara!"

me and jazi went in the polaris and started driving around, soon we went a little too far and got lost!

me: "SHIT SHIT SHIT! JAZI!"

Jazi: "Haa? 5eir inshala?"

Me: "Jazi we are lost!!"

Jazi: "NA3AM? WEIN 5ATHEITINA? WAGFEEN IF N9 IL BAR W MAFI IRSAL?!"

Jazi was mad, really really mad & scared at the same time.

Me: "3adi 5alna nin6ir lein ma 7ad iymr w iysa3idna!"

almost an hour went by and no one came yet. i started to panic but i didnt show it. 5 minutes later, a guy with a dune buggie came and stopped next to us. he had a helmet on so i didn't recognize him. he took his helmet off and it was







ALI?!


i was so shocked! jazi gave me a look. it was a "haa i know what your thinking" look.

Ali: "leesh wagfeen if n9 ilbar?"

Jazi: "5eir inshala? mafi halla or ahleen?"

Me: "Jazi! 3eib"

Ali "asif, halla"

Jazi: "ee, chithi el nas iykalmoon ba3ath"

i laughed and so did Ali.

then he showed us the way back to our camp. he went in his buggie and we followed in ours.

As soon as we got to our camp, ali parked next to our buggie and we all went down.

Khalid and Abdulla came running to us

Khalid&abdulla: "bismilla 3aleikom leesh 6awalto?!"

Ali:"they got a little lost"

abdulla w khalid kano mista'3ribeen awal ma chafoo ina rige3na ma3 ali. bas then we explained everything.

khalid: "mara thaniya lat ba3doon w i5thow GPS ma3akm. tara hal shay 9ij 5a6ar. awal shay, fee wayed shabab ga3deen iydooron if hal wagt w thani shay, yimkin ma 7ad 7a9alkm w kan 9ar lkm shay!"

me: "inzain 7athir"

i had to admit, it was a little funny. but i was confused.. why Ali? why was he the only one that saw us? was it fate? no, it couldn't be. it was just a coincidence.. right?

i talked to jazi about it over night. it was our last day at the dessert. she told me not to get my hopes up so i don't end up heart broken. she said not to OVER think about it because its only the second day i've known him. i agreed with her then we both went to sleep.
